In addition to being an officer of LFC, Inc., Debbie enjoys hearing people’s stories both personal and professional. She likes taking those stories and building on them to help her clients take (or continue to take) life by the horns and design what they truly yearn for. Her past positions as a business manager, vice president of operations and a business consultant, as well as a life coach, give her excellent perspective to connect with her clients, get in their world, and stand side by side with them while reaching their goals.
Debbie’s primary background is in business and accounting. She has a national designation as a Certified Bookkeeper and is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. After years of working mainly with the “black and white” of numbers, she decided to delve more into the human side of business. Through coaching courses from New Ventures West in San Francisco and Landmark Education, she came to a point of understanding how business and humans are connected and how to have the two of them work together successfully to obtain huge results. Since then, she has enjoyed participating in the growth and development of many people professionally and personally.

Debbie grew up in the Bahama community and now calls Durham home. Along with being an active board member of the Exchange Club of Greater Durham and having her motorcycle license, she likes spending time with her family, friends and pets.
