Joyce understands the pressure sellers face when placing their home on the market.  She can help you detail, de-clutter, and prepare your home for the scrutiny of the real estate market.  With a degree in business, Joyce also understands the practical side of real estate transactions.

A native of New Orleans, Joyce now calls Chapel Hill home with her husband, Marco, her son, Andre, and two dogs – Tyler and Cody.
